This is quite possibly the scariest place I have ever attended. The exorcist was hidden inside the mango. The sushi is all locally sourced from the exotic fish store next door. The workers are all numbered by 1-17 and you never know which one is yours, which is their plan as they never give you your check so you are stuck there all day, hour upon hour, until you are hungry for your next meal. Sadly, there is no area for naptime so I had to lounge in my stuffed state on the floor. At one point I felt a little pee filled so I ventured to the bathroom which I have now learned is a mere front for the fish throw-up mafia. After leaving the fine establishment I was astounded to discover 37hours had passed. The toothpick dispenser is a bit hard to wrangle, but I think I finally have it down. On our long trek to the car we were catcalled by the goblins mister and then promptly run over.

So so. Went for the lunch buffet like a week ago. I'm not one of the weirdos who come to a Chinese buffet for crab legs. The problem is there are essentially no Chinese dishes with beef on this buffet. All chicken.
Like others have written in reviews for several years, the waiters hover over you waiting for you to write a tip on the receipt. It's astonishing that this practice hasn't come to management's attention as extremely tacky and unacceptable. -

Took a rest stop on the way to Lancaster at Reading on a Sunday. All day Sunday dinner $14.95 with crab legs and lobsters. All other weekday dinner include crab legs only.
Pro:
- clean space. Comfortable seating. Nicely decorated. Space is large enough to accommodate crowd. No waiting line. It did get a crowd.
- great service. Dirty dishes were picked up right away.
- crab legs are ok. If you can get any. I saw a guy standing there eating and waiting at the same time. Lol.
-other food look fresh. Dishes were always coming out from the kitchen. They replaced trays even they were only half empty.
- lots of selection. They have a deep fried area with all the chicken nuggets, egg rolls, French fries etc. I do enjoy the cheese wonton aka fried rangoon. Also has habachi but I didn't try.
-located at a shopping plaza. Plenty of parking.
- food tastes okay but not the pricy items like lobster or sushi. Crab legs ok.
Con:
- like most Chinese buffet, do not expect any lobster or crab legs unless you wait there and be the first two. They brought out like two lobsters cut up every 15 min or so. And somehow those lobsters were all missing the tail meaty parts. Worst of all, the lobsters were rotten. Two claws I had were black inside. (See picture). I brought up to management who was apologetic. No compensation offered but I wasn't looking for that anyway. Management needs to know customer's complain. Next batch was edible but still not fresh. Gave up on lobsters.
-saw a whole metal can of tapioca pudding ( labeled tapioca pudding ) poured into the tray. Really 'fresh from a can'.
-Bathroom was actually nicely decorated but not maintained. One time I went in a kid was vomiting next stall. There was a smear of you know what on the stall floor. And overall it smelt like #2.
- you can skip the sushi/ sashimi. Not fresh but didn't look bad at least.
- coconut shrimp was chewy.
Overall, this will be my last time here. Price is not the cheapest. Food cleanliness is doubtful. Don't want to return to that bathroom again. The two stars are for good service, nice decoration and the few crabs legs I managed to grab hold of. -

This is pretty much my first time I ever had to complain about this place. But trust me, if you've never been here and are considering coming here or you're a frequent customer here, please read this before considering taking a visit.
So my brother and I decided to come here for dinner, which we do pretty often. The food is usually great, we get Walnut Shrimp and Sushi pretty much every time. Sometimes crab legs, only if they're fresh, and if they ever have them (which is RARELY.).
The food that we had was pretty good, we got our usual things until... My brother got a couple Lobster legs/arms whatever they were. As soon as he cracked one open, he immediately put it aside and refused to eat it. After looking at it myself, I completely understood why he wouldn't want to eat it. - To start off, the Lobster meat inside was a greyish green color, mainly green, and had a very dry, rubbery consistency. If you tried eating it, if you could even chew through it, you most likely would have gotten sick. But that's not all, after touching the Lobster leg, my fingers were DYED orange, and after wiping my hands off, so was my napkin.
Second off, usually we get Sushi here and it's usually pretty good. This time, it would seem like the sushi had been left out for quite a bit. The rice was pretty hard and kinda dry. This is not something that usually happens, but it was pretty disappointing to say the least.
Third thing, once we were finished eating the food (got so nauseous from seeing the gross Lobster that neither of us could finish our food), I wanted ice cream. Almost all of the times we visited this place, I would always finish my meal with a bowl of ice cream. They have Vanilla, Chocolate & Vanilla and chocolate mix. This time, they had a sign up on the machine saying "VANILLA ONLY". Funny thing is, the only ice cream flavor they had a handle for was CHOCOLATE. There was no possible way to get vanilla, there were no other handles. But yet it said there was ONLY vanilla. That was pretty disappointing too considering my brother wanted some Vanilla ice cream, but we could only get chocolate.
Fourth and final thing, the service was TERRIBLE. The waiter that we had literally would make eye contact with me, but would tend to every other aisle and table other than ours. My brother never got ONE refill the entire time that we were there, and only ONCE were our finished plates taken. On top of that, after we noticed the disgusting lobster and the fact that we were unable to get the ice cream we wanted, we were done and wanted to leave. We waited for a good 10 minutes waiting to see if our waiter would come over to the table to hand us our check, but instead went and cleaned up every other table except for ours. When he wasn't doing that, he was standing directly in front of us at his waiter caddy. After waiting a good 15 minutes a different waitress came over to our table and that's when I had to complain. It was only until the manager came out to the table, that the waiter came over but left to go elsewhere after he realized we had complaints about him as well.
After telling the manger the entire situation, then we got offered a refill. We said no, obviously, because we were leaving. And only got 50% off our bill.
After being very frequent customers here, and this place being the place i've been going to for my past like 9 birthdays, it's sad and unfortunate to say, that we will most likely NOT be coming back.
And we do not recommend you coming back either. -

Pink chicken, over cooked meat, raw pork. These are just a few ways that's the "Jumbo" China Buffet falls short. The problem isn't just the food but the lack of care and acknowledgement that the staff show towards the paying customer. I would not recommend coming here and would prefer the doors close for good. The only thing Jumbo are the size of the health violations. Flying to China would be easier, cheaper, and better for your stomach.
